El verdadero Líder

¿ SABEMOS EN VERDAD QUIÉN, CÓMO ES EL VERDADERO LIDERAZGO, SIN CONOCERNOS, SIN APRENDER A VERNOS ?

Si, tal vez, resulte extraño : yo quiero aprender a ser Líder, no que me diga, que no soy un Líder

El mejor líder, es áquella persona que sin saberlo : aprende a observar, sin criticar, a escuchar, sin interrumpir, a comprender el pensar de otros, sin corregirlos por qué pinesan diferente...

Ése es el primer pasito para aprender en primer paso a ser Líderes de nosotros mismos, para luego Liderar nuestras emociones, y así ser o capacitar muchas más personas a ser Líderes, cada uno en sus proyectos, ideales, sueños....
